    芋頭蒸雞翅的做法

      食材:雞中翅、芋頭、香菇、蒜末、姜末、醬油、淀粉、植物油、香蔥。


      芋頭蒸雞翅的做法:


      1、雞中翅用蒜末、姜末、醬油、淀粉、植物油腌制一小時;


      2、芋頭稍微用鹽腌制,然后用油煎熟;


      3、芋頭擺在盤底,泡好的香菇切碎,在腌制雞翅的汁里蘸一下,擺到芋頭上面;


      4、腌制好的雞翅再撒一層薄薄的淀粉抓一下,這樣雞翅會更嫩;


      5、開水上鍋蒸大概15分鐘,撒上蔥花可以吃了。
